At BhaktiTee, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
* The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
* You must provide proof of purchase or your order number.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error:
* Contact us within 30 days of delivery at healthysoleg@gmail.com with your order number and photos/video of the issue.
* We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at healthysoleg@gmail.com Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method (or UPI/Bank Account) within 5–7 business days.
